Simon founded investor relations consultancy City Insights which was acquired by Tavistock in 2003. As a director of Tavistock, he is also closely involved in the group’s operations in China through Tavistock First City. Simon entered the communications industry following a career in investment markets, initially as an analyst and fund manager and then as an institutional equity salesman in both London and Hong Kong. After co-founding Hudson Sandler in 1988, Simon spent three years as Head of Corporate communications at FTSE250 companies.
Simon attained a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. He has a wide range of interests, from skiing and shooting to modern fiction.
